Job summary

Controller Bay, LLC is seeking a deployable, clinically credentialed Lead Tactical Medicine Registered Nurse (RN) to provide enterprise-level tactical medicine expertise and training standardization at Joint Base San Antonio - Fort Sam Houston, TX.

The role includes coordinating regional coverage, QA/QC activities, and instruction across TCCC/TC3 tiers, with worldwide deployment within 72 hours when required; travel up to 30% may be needed and candidate must hold an active RN license in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Current, active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license issued by a U.S. state or compact state.
• Familiarity with TCCC/TC3 doctrine across all tiers.
• Experience instructing military personnel, first responders, or healthcare professionals.
• Current BLS certification; ability to obtain TCCC/TC3 Instructor certification.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and deploy worldwide within 72 hours.
• Ability to meet SOFA and overseas deployment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and tactical medicine expertise across TCCC/TC3 tiers I–IV; review objectives and validate accuracy.
• Translate doctrine into MSTC scenarios and measurable learning outcomes.
• Lead cross-site QA/QC activities, instructor observations, and training-record audits.
• Maintain standardized instructional practices and rubrics per QA/QC plans.
• Deliver BLS and TCCC/TC3 instruction; support surge deployments worldwide within 72 hours.
• Mentor instructors and coordinate regional coverage; manage TC 8-800 tables.
• Analyze readiness and instructional quality data; support MSR reconciliation and COR reporting.
