Job summary

You will derive, plan, and execute tests to demonstrate compliance with requirements for hardware and software, while leading test activities and collaborating across engineering disciplines. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with requirements, verification, and validation.
• Ability to lead a test team.
• Experience with systems of systems.
• MS in STEM is preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience across the systems engineering "V".

Responsibilities

• Derive, plan, document, and execute the tests, demonstrations, inspections, and analyses necessary to show compliance with system-, subsystem-, and component-level requirements for hardware and software.
• Define test system architecture, design tests, and design test equipment.
• Write test plans and procedures.
• Lead test readiness reviews and test events.
• Assist with risk assessment and management.
• Collaborate with team members to determine the best solutions to problems as they arise.
• Work with various engineering disciplines to understand, troubleshoot, and support project efforts.
