GE Vernova is seeking a lead Technical Program Manager to drive the engineering development of new wind turbine designs, upgrades, features, and market introductions. You will own the program schedule, budget, and resources, coordinating with System Engineers, Product Line Managers, Subsystem Program Managers, Sourcing and Configuration Management to deliver world-class wind turbines.

The Fleet Platform Systems Engineering team is seeking a lead Technical Program Manager with demonstrated new product introduction expertise to lead the execution of new wind turbine programs. The Technical Program Manager will have responsibility for leading execution of the engineering development of new wind turbine designs, upgrades, features, and market introductions. A successful Technical Program Manager is self-starting, independent, and demonstrates ownership over program schedule, budget, and resource identification including deliverables such as design reviews, tollgates, bill of material releases, product documentation, validation, lifecycle management, and lessons learned implementation. They will work closely with System Engineers, Product Line Managers, Subsystem Program Managers, Sourcing, and Configuration Management to maintain a tightly interconnected team working towards the common goal of developing world-class wind turbines.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $98,400.00 and $164,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
