Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Systems Security Engineer – Anti-Tamper/Program Protection (P4) to join its elite Systems Security Engineering team in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on safeguarding Warfighters' technologies through Anti-Tamper, Cybersecurity, Software Assurance and Supply Chain risk management, with an onsite requirement.

You will engage with customers, develop security architectures, and ensure DoD compliance, contributing to secure, integrated system solutions for national defense

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8 years of relevant experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience in SSE, Anti-Tamper, Cybersecurity or Embedded System Security.
• Experience designing, implementing, testing and fielding real-time embedded security solutions for DoD programs.
• Experience generating systems requirements, design and architecture artifacts, plans and policies.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Systems Security Engineering (SSE) solutions in Raytheon products.
• Interact with customers to define SSE requirements, solutions, trades, costs, and implementation strategies.
• Develop plans, estimates, task execution schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Guide SSE implementations and architectures for customer systems.
• Conduct attack threat modeling and CPI assessments.
• Develop top-level system requirements and flow those into subsystem implementation concepts.
• Ensure compliance with DoD technology release and export licensing policies.
• Consult and assist program management with SSE architecture and issues.
• Consult and assist program line management with SSE architectures and issues.
