AT&T is seeking a Lead Systems Integration professional to consult with clients, design and deliver complex integration solutions, and oversee end-to-end implementation across software, hardware, and infrastructure.

You will mentor teams, coordinate with engineers and senior staff, and contribute to proposal development and client training. This role requires a strong technical background and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required with 5+ years of experience in systems integration.
• Certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand business needs and propose integration solutions.
• Lead and manage system integration projects from inception to completion.
• Test, validate, and troubleshoot integrated systems.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and senior staff to achieve objectives.
• Provide sales support, documentation, and training to clients.
