Job summary

As a Lead Systems Engineer - Next Gen Avionics at Honeywell Aerospace

Responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of complex systems, ensuring their functionality, reliability, and integration to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Anthem Core Customer Technical Lead, coordinating and collaborating with a customer team to ensure design and requirement alignment
• Influence and shape technology roadmaps, architectural evolution, and long‑term product strategy
• Mentor and coach senior engineers, serving as a multiplier for systems engineering excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM discipline
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience within complex, safety‑critical systems (aerospace preferred)
