Job summary

Air Force Civilian Service in Ohio is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer for the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) to support the Air Force Materiel Command at Wright-Patterson AFB.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering (ABET-accredited), active security clearance, and experience in systems engineering across DoD programs. Nuclear or DAWIA considerations may apply; relocation incentives may be available.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Designation as a drug testing position.
• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• DAWIA certification if applicable.
• Financial Management Statement if applicable.
• Active security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Lead Systems Engineer for the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE).
• Define and balance system performance, cost, schedule, risk, and human systems integration.
• Capture, analyze, decompose and validate system requirements; define V&V approaches.
