Job summary

Core4ce is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead architecture and the end-to-end implementation of a net-centric, scalable IoT system. You will collaborate with program managers and engineers to translate requirements into robust solutions, and guide vendors through evaluation and design decisions.

The role requires experience with complex software-driven systems, strong leadership, and the ability to operate across technical and programmatic contexts.

Qualifications

• Lead the conversion of requirements into feasible engineering solutions.
• Experience with complex software-driven systems and architectures.
• Interface with customers and program managers to align needs with plans.

Responsibilities

• Execute software life-cycle processes including requirements analysis, architecture definition, software design, development oversight, and automated testing
• Perform data analysis and design inspection to solve element and system level issues
• Communicate engineering requirements to developers
• Collaborate on solutions to overcome implementation constraints
• Serve as an effective liaison between engineers and technical leadership
• Create and maintain systems engineering artifacts to model system behavior
• Lead the architecture and technical implementation of a net centric scalable IoT system
• Take up end to end responsibility for system enhancements
• Interface with Program Managers for planning and status updates
• Lead the technical evaluation of platforms and vendor selection
