Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in engineering, automation, or industrial systems integration.
• Experience with complex automation systems and manufacturing equipment.
• Strong understanding of robotic automation and controls.
• Ability to communicate across software, mechanical, electrical, and controls disciplines.
• Experience defining technical requirements and managing vendor deliverables.
• Experience creating specifications, statements of work, and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead system architecture and integration across disciplines.
• Define system requirements, specs, interfaces, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements for teams and vendors.
• Develop technical packages, statements of work, and supplier specs.
• Coordinate with vendors to meet technical, schedule, and quality targets.
• Evaluate supplier designs and deliverables for compliance.
• Ensure integration of robots, CNC, PLCs, HMIs, vision, sensors, and networks.
• Collaborate with engineers throughout project lifecycle.
• Identify risks and mitigate system integration issues.
• Support FAT, SAT, and onsite installations.
• Review tests and validation to ensure reliability.
• Provide leadership during troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
