Qualifications

• Substantial experience as a Principal or Lead Systems Engineer on multidisciplinary projects.
• Fluent English communication and collaboration across domains.
• Strong grasp of engineering requirements, interfaces, integration, verification and validation.
• Master's or PhD in Systems Engineering or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design engineering workflows spanning mechanical, electrical, hardware, software, and manufacturing disciplines.
• Break complex projects into connected tasks with inputs, deliverables, dependencies, and responsibilities.
• Apply systems engineering principles to interface management, system integration, verification, and validation.
• Coordinate contributions from domain experts to ensure clear objectives and evaluation criteria for each workflow.
