Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 12+ years in systems engineering or a Master’s with 10+ years.
• Leadership of large-scale, complex programs with cross-team governance.
• Experience with requirements decomposition and allocation.
• Proven track record in enterprise MBSE and system integration.
• Security/certification and regulatory compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-program systems engineering activities across four ARTs.
• Establish and govern requirements management processes and standards.
• Define and manage interface control documents and integration specs.
• Develop V&V strategy and execution plans for the platform.
• Maintain requirements traceability from stakeholder needs through implementation.
• Lead system integration planning across the platform.
• Conduct safety analysis and hazard identification and mitigation.
• Support certification activities and regulatory evidence.
• Champion AI-first engineering and modern software practices.
