The Sea Systems team is seeking highly qualified candidates to function as an experienced Systems Engineer supporting our unmanned surface vessel product development initiatives and our contract programs. The strong candidate will possess a broad knowledge base in multiple engineering disciplines and be able to execute in both R&D and production environments. Required experience includes hardware and/or software integration, managing requirements derivation and allocation, overseeing technical execution of engineering projects, and successfully working within a collaborative team environment. A desire to take ownership of design efforts to integrate new technology into our vehicles and payloads is essential.

Textron's compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $110,500 - $167,900 per year.
