Job summary

DCS Corporation is seeking a systems engineer to lead a team performing a broad range of complex systems engineering services to ensure Army Program Manager compliance with program requirements and objectives, interoperability, configuration management, and other requirements. The role requires US citizenship and a TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's in engineering, and 12 years of related experience.

A DAU certification is preferred.

  • Bachelor's in engineering and 12 years of related experience.
  • DAU Level certification in Systems Engineering or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts in leadership and education, personnel and facilities (DOTMLPF) efforts;
  • Oversee JCIDS processes and system/software/platform integration;
  • Ensure interoperability with C3 systems and conduct technical/operational testing;
  • Sustainment and refreshment of capabilities;
  • Manage configuration planning, strategy meetings, program reviews;
  • Provide systems engineering analysis for hardware/software/maneuver interfaces;
  • Review engineering output for operation/maintenance procedures and quality assurance;
  • Conduct systems engineering trade-off analyses;
  • Develop designs and integration plans for an integrated solution.

Job description

DCS is looking for a systems engineer to lead a team performing a wide range of complex systems engineering services to ensure the Army Program Manager is compliant with program requirements and objectives, interoperability requirements, configuration management requirements, and other requirements.

Essential Job Functions

Must be capable of leading efforts in:

  • Leadership and Education, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) efforts;
  • Joint Capability Integration and Development System (JCIDS);
  • System and/or software integration, platform integration
  • Interoperability with various Command, Control, and Communications (C3) systems;
  • Technical or operational testing; g. Sustainment and refreshment of capabilities;
  • Configuration management, planning and strategy meetings, program review and coordination meetings;
  • General systems engineering, systems implementation planning and system test and evaluation services;
  • Prepare specifications, plans, analyses, modeling, testing, simulations and reports;
  • Review engineering output in the areas of systems level operation and maintenance procedures, performance improvements criteria, tools assessments, metrics management, quality assurance, configuration management, technical orders, and maintenance practices;
  • Conduct systems engineering trade-off analysis;
  • Provides analysis related to the design, development, and integration of hardware, software, man‑machine interfaces and all the systems level requirements to provide an integrated solution.
Required Skills

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship and a TS/SCI clearance is required.

Bachelor's in engineering and 12 years of related experience.

Desired Skills

DAU Level certification in Systems Engineering or related area.

Pay Range and Benefits

The proposed salary range for this position is:

Salary max: $124k
