Wellington Management is seeking an experienced Lead Systems Analyst to join the Portfolio Analysis Technology team within the Investment Platform Technology organization. The role sits at the intersection of investment decision‑making and technology, partnering closely with portfolio managers, research analysts, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver portfolio analytics capabilities that support how investors analyze portfolios, evaluate risk, and make investment decisions.
Base salary range: USD 90,000 – 180,000. Employees may also receive variable compensation and a discretionary corporate bonus or incentives if eligible.
