Job summary

Venture Search is seeking an experienced Systematic Portfolio Manager to lead development of systematic equities and futures strategies. You will own the investment process, refine strategies and scale performance across institutional infrastructure. Flexibility to operate from New York or remotely within the US is offered.

The role requires a proven track record in systematic investing, strong quantitative skills and the ability to manage risk and execution across evolving markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Systematic Portfolio Manager.
• Track record in systematic equities or futures.
• Strong quantitative research and strategy development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and optimise fully systematic equities or futures strategies.
• Identify new sources of alpha through quantitative research and data.
• Enhance signals, portfolio construction and risk allocation.
• Monitor live performance, PnL attribution and drawdowns.
• Evaluate strategy robustness, costs, capacity and scalability.
