Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Advanced System Developer to design, develop, and administer multi-platform software for the GSC Portal, with emphasis on automation, testing, and RMF/A&A activities. The role involves building dashboards, integrating APIs, and maintaining production and COOP environments.

Responsibilities include supporting web developments, coordinating changes, and applying industry best practices across the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum 6 years with MS/MA; 12 years if experience with a high school diploma
• Must be a US Citizen
• Public Trust Clearance/ or ability to obtain one
• Primary work locations in San Antonio, TX, and Falls Church, VA; Remote work may be considered in special cases
• 6+ years enterprise level website production experience using ColdFusion CFML, CSS, HTML, Java, JavaScript, AWS Lambda, SQL, DynamoDB, UiPath, or C#
• Current active IAT II certification (Security+) with related CE certifications to comply with DoW 8570 and DoD 8140.03 requirements
• Able to provide functional examples of code and/or application design

Responsibilities

• Provide development support to the current GSC Portal web developments.
• Build and maintain a suite of applications to deliver metrics, performance measurement, and alerts Dashboard; maintain test and production environments.
• Maintain a thorough change log in MHSSHD for all updates to the GSC websites.
• Test all updates and gain approvals before production deployment.
• Use industry best practices and SDLC and agile methodologies to maintain the development environment.
• Work with departments to capture new requirements
• Analyze existing manual reporting activities and apply automation techniques to drive operational efficiencies.
• Coordinate with groups for RMF certification and accreditation of GSC Portal tools.
• Work special projects and maintain application system documentation
• Maintain and support Enterprise platform across network, application, and database tiers
• Develop and maintain RPA processes utilizing UiPath
• Analyze and automate manual reporting to drive Service Center efficiencies
• Leverage SDLC and agile methodology to maintain the development environment
• Build and maintain dashboards and test/COOP/production environments
• Perform additional tasks as required
