Lead System Architect - Pega Platform

Remote from the EU

B2/C1/C2 German needed

YourCode Recruitment is actively recruiting for experienced System Architects to join a Pega Consulting Team in Germany. Whilst our client operates internally, this role is working within their European Pega business unit and can be completed anywhere in the European Union. Our client is involved in digital transformations, building bespoke IT solutions for end clients across public sector clients.

This opportunity would suit an existing Lead Pega System Architect, or a Senior System Architect that is looking for a promotion. It is a full time position, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development of applications on the Pega platform
• Consulting with end clients to understand and analyse requirements, whilst being involved in creating potential solutions.
• Development of Pega based software solutions
• Leading existing development teams - agile development teams
• Training junior team members
• Managing implementation and release of software solutions

Prior experience required

• Experience in leading / mentoring / coaching junior team members
• Experience in consulting or stakeholder management
• Time management, project management
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Some German skills
