Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of swine production experience, gilt development preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Familiarity with gilt selection, breeding, and herd health management.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and travel for training or meetings.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily care, feeding, and health of developing gilts.
