Responsibilities

• Coaches swim program, recruits athletes, and supervises staff.
• Promotes the sport within and outside the school, liaises with media and Booster Club.
• Ensures compliance with athletic policies and communicates with Principal and Communications Department.
• Maintains discipline and morale, coordinates staff tasks, and evaluates assistants.
• Organizes conferences, clinics, and staff meetings to align with program goals.
