Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a survey, construction, or engineering-related field preferred or 7–10 years of supervision experience.
• Strong experience with survey field equipment and software.
• Commitment to safety culture in a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement safe work plans for all survey field personnel.
• Schedule daily activities for multiple survey crews and coordinate field data collection.
• Oversee data transfer from office to field and review daily crew outputs.
• Coordinate with engineers and superintendents to complete projects on time.
