Spicer Group in Georgia is seeking an energetic Survey Crew Chief / Party Chief to lead field surveying on major infrastructure projects and oversee construction staking tasks.

You will work with GNSS, robotic total stations, UAS and the latest surveying technologies, while growing your expertise within our Geospatial Service Line and pursuing long-term leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of the Crew Chief role.
• Ability to effectively lead and direct a group of survey technicians.
• Strong communication skills, works well with staff and clients.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in all type of weather.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support and direction to technicians and field survey activities.
• Directs field survey activities for projects under supervision.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and geospatial procedures.
• Perform surveying computations and data management.
• Plan daily activities and coordinate schedules for multiple projects.
