Lanier Technical College – Hall County campus in Gainesville, GA, seeks a full-time Surgical Technology Program Director and Instructor. This salaried, exempt role reports to the Dean of Allied Health and requires leadership to drive program quality, curriculum development, and successful student outcomes.

A background check and drug screen are part of the hiring process. The position offers a salary in the upper $70s to low $80s annually, depending on education, qualifications, and experience,

Competenze

• Associates degree in Surgical Technology from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Certified as a Surgical Technologist by a national certifying organization accredited by the NCCA.
• Five (5) total years of experience, either in the operating room scrub role or as an instructor in surgical technology, or a combination of both, within the past ten (10) years)

Mansioni

• Provide leadership and instruction for the Surgical Technology Program as Program Director.
• Coordinate course offerings, rotations, scheduling and curriculum review with the Dean of Allied Health.
• Manage program budgetary requests, advisory committees, accreditation documentation, and reporting.
• Teach Surgical Technology courses in classroom/lab environments and mentor students.
