As a Lead Surgery Scheduler you will be responsible for scheduling surgical procedures using a computerized scheduling system (Cerner Schedule Book). You will review surgery scheduling process to ensure efficiency, lead the scheduling process to ensure the quality and accuracy are appropriate and assist with improving the process by aligning with the OR staff, Leaders, and Physicians. This is a full time working 7:30a - 4:00pm Candidates must have 3-5 years experience in Surgery Scheduling. University Medical Center Phoenix is a nationally recognized academic medical center. Provides training and advice on best practices for surgery scheduling.
