Job summary

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required with interstate driving eligibility
• Clean MVR and PSP
• Minimum 2 years of full-time tractor-trailer experience or 1 year if a Truck Driving School graduate or 1 year of military driving experience
• Pre-employment drug screen
• Pre-employment background check
• Must read/speak English well for communication and records

Responsibilities

• Load, haul, and deliver food waste on intra- and interstate routes with 15–25 stops daily
• Operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles per DOT and laws
• Utilize pallet jack and perform basic repairs and maintenance
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and complete paperwork
• Travel and stay out overnight up to two weeks as needed
• Report accidents and injuries to safety management
