Job summary

Denali is seeking a dependable Class A CDL Lead Support Driver to support transportation operations across multiple locations. This traveling role hauls food waste using end-dump trailers and provides route coverage and operational support wherever needed.

The Lead role requires flexibility, independence, and strong communication with dispatch and customers. Travel will span the Great Lakes region with overnight and weekend trips and is expected to cover Michigan, Ohio, Western Pennsylvania and

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A vehicles with end-dump trailers hauling food waste.
• Provide route coverage for drivers absent due to PTO, vacation, or other leave.
• Travel to multiple operating locations to support transportation operations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT regulations.
• Complete electronic logs, trip documentation, and required paperwork accurately.
• Ensure loads are transported safely and in compliance with regulations.
