The Production Services team provides both local and global technical support of the Nomura trading environment. The applicant must be highly motivated, able to work on their own initiative, have excellent attention detail while working in a pressured environment. The job will be to provide exceptional customer service, technical and operational support to internal and external clients. Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of Nomura's Trading Environment.
