Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Lead Supply Chain Specialist to support our Data Center operations team and drive critical supply chain activities for global data center builds. You will act as the main contact for supply plans, ensuring timely delivery of the right products to the right place.

You will document SOPs to drive process improvements, assist with PO issuance and funds management, and manage complex project deliverables while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain operations or related domain.
• Strong experience with supply planning, inventory optimization, and supplier management.
• Experience in data center supply chain environment.
• Hands-on funds management and PO issuance experience.
• Proven ability to document and implement SOPs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across organizational levels.
• Strong project tracking with multiple large-scale trackers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Lead Supply Chain Specialist to support our clients Data Center operations team and lead critical supply chain activities related to builds of global data centers. In this role, you will act as a key contact for supply plans, ensuring the right products are delivered to the right place at the right time. You will drive process improvement through SOP documentation, assist in PO issuance, manage and track complex project deliverables, and ensure seamless communication with suppliers and internal teams. Strong initiative, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills are critical!

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, facilities management, or a related domain
• Strong experience with supply planning, inventory optimization, and operational supplier management
• Experience working within a data center supply chain
• Extensive hands-on experience with funds management and Purchase Order (PO) issuance
• Proven ability to document and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present effectively to all organizational levels
• Strong project tracking and organizational skills; experience managing multiple large-scale trackers
• Highly process-focused with the ability to monitor project status and follow up directly with suppliers to ensure timely deliverables

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• MBA or Master’s in a related field
• Experience in project management and production/planning
• Familiarity with construction lifecycle processes and data center environments
