Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of MRP systems and SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivots, macros) are highly valued.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain production schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Analyze orders and system reports (SAP, Excel) to adapt to requirements.
• Coordinate all phases of projects, ensuring timely flow of parts.
• Interface with Strategic Planning and Purchasing to resolve obstacles.
• Manage inventory to optimize stock and minimize costs.
• Lead cycle counts and investigate discrepancies for accuracy.
• Review inventory to identify excess/obsolete parts and actions.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to resolve delivery issues.
• Participate in planning new releases and perform cost-saving analyses.
• Lead and train teams, organize work to meet deadlines safely.
