Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to manage supplier programs across manufacturing, packaging and operations while ensuring compliance with customer and Excellerate requirements. The role emphasizes SME responsibilities, supplier scorecards, and robust corrective action processes.

You will lead supplier assessments, audits, and SCAR activities, working with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality through the supply chain and lifecycle of products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering preferred
• Experience with FMEA, DMAIC, 8D and structured problem solving
• Experience in supplier quality management and documentation
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration
• Ability to coach and mentor site functions
• Ability to learn Excellerate software tools

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for supplier activities and maintain the Supplier Quality Manual
• Lead supplier-related issue resolution and communication
• Drive supplier quality performance via scorecard metrics
• Manage Part Production Approval Process for new suppliers
• Oversee supplier corrective actions and SCAR processes
• Ensure suppliers meet customer and Excellerate requirements
• Participate in supplier assessments and audits
• Be primary customer contact for supplier quality matters
• Engage SMEs to address process concerns
• Oversee deviations and communicate changes to customers
• Lead SCAR responses to customer requests
• Maintain supplier quality records and relationships
• Participate in Quality Planning, FMEA, and Control Plan
• Guide disposition decisions for Non‑Conforming Materials
