Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City seeks a Supervisory Compliance Analyst to strengthen the safety and soundness of the financial system. You will apply strong analytical skills, a background in supervisory operations, records management, and compliance to support effective supervision.

You will lead in the retention, archival, retrieval, and disposition of supervision records, manage examination mandates, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex inquiries.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills applied to supervisory contexts.
Experience with supervising operations, records management, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries.

Responsibilities

Serve as lead SME on retention, archival, retrieval, and disposition of supervision records.
Manage and track examination mandates across a large portfolio of supervised institutions.
Partner with internal/external stakeholders to resolve record/examination inquiries related to supervision.
Explore and learn new technology platforms to support automated processes and improvements.
Execute core duties, ad hoc tasks, and project work while identifying process improvements.
