We currently have an opportunity for a Lead Supervisor Westfarms Mall at Store 0143-West Farms, Farmington, CT.

About The Role

As a Sales Lead, you will support and role model excellent customer experiences, assist in onboarding and developing team members, and step in as manager when needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Support store operations and team development.
• Maintain visual and operational standards.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused environment and support omnichannel shopping.
• Provide coaching and feedback to associates.
• Build relationships and support team ideas.
• Utilize technology to stay informed and enhance the customer experience.
• Step into the managerial role when required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Proficiency with technology and POS systems.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize.
