Depot Connect International (DCI) seeks a motivated operations coordinator to manage yard activities, service scheduling, and staff supervision. You will ensure safety, verify qualifications, and maintain strong product knowledge across the team.

Responsibilities include delegating workloads, guiding hiring, enforcing policies, and providing excellent customer service while upholding company standards and procedures.

Formación

• Knowledge of Tank Cleaning Operations.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Ability to drive a Yard Mule.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to Multi-Task.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be ethical in all job-related activities.
• Maintain strong attention to detail when overseeing documentation.
• Must have a safety mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers, assessing their service needs and quoting work as requested.
• Delegate workloads and actively support growth.
• Oversee the scheduling and work flow through the shop.
• Ensure employees are qualified to perform the work being assigned.
• Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge within your staff.
• Advise and assist in the hiring process for department staff.
• Know and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as required.
