Job summary

Park One of Florida is seeking a part-time Jump Crew member for weekend and weekday shifts at our venue in Paducah, KY. You will handle opening or closing duties, cash management, and provide courteous customer service to guests.

This role requires Saturdays, high energy interaction, and the ability to stay calm under busy conditions. You will report to the General Manager, assist supervised staff during peak times, maintain park cleanliness, and communicate inventory needs.

• Be able to work independently while taking direction from General Manager
• Effective problem solving and decision making skills
• Excels in, multi-tasking, staying calm and collected even in stressful situations

Responsibilities

• Part time (15 - 22 hrs/week), weekend and weekday shifts. Saturday shift a must.
• Responsible for either opening or closing shifts
• Responsible for cash management processes
• Provides courteous customer service and responds to customer's questions, complaints or requests.
• Directs any unresolved issues to the General Manager
• Assists supervised staff in their job performance during peak activity periods or as required
• Manages cleaning and maintenance of park during their shift
• Communicates low inventory levels for concessions, cleaning supplies, etc.
• Maintains an image of competence and professionalism to customers, employees and management
• Maintains proper employee/employer relations and addresses any questions in a timely and open manner
• Communicates any employee issues with General Manager
• Provides or performs other services or duties as required by General Manager
