We are seeking a seasoned Lead Superintendent to join a high-performing multifamily construction team on new $50-100M+ mixed-use projects.

Your Role

• Lead daily jobsite operations, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall field management
• Ensure safety, quality control, and timely delivery of all project milestones
• Manage site logistics, materials, inspections, and conflict resolution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite stakeholders
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to uphold budget and build standards
• Mentor and supervise assistant superintendents, field engineers, and trade partners

Requirements

• 7+ years of construction experience, with at least 3 as a Lead Superintendent
• Proven track record on multifamily and mixed-use projects over $50M
• Excellent knowledge of structural systems, building codes, sequencing, and field safety
• Strong leadership, communication, and tech proficiency (Procore a plus)
• Willingness to travel or be based near South Bend, IN
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
