Jobot is seeking an experienced Permanent Sr. Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various sectors, including Healthcare and Retail, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgets with high-quality standards. This role offers a salary ranging from $100,000 to $165,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits such as 401K matching, medical coverage, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior supervisory role within construction.
• Proven experience in multiple sectors including Retail, Restaurant, Healthcare.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and methods.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle from planning to implementation.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Review work progress daily and address issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on project specifications.
• Prepare reports on job status, daily reports, estimates, and deliverables.
