Job summary

LeoForce seeks a Senior Level Lead Superintendent to lead ground-up multifamily developments in the Chattanooga area. You will manage phased schedules, turnover sequencing, and coordinate large projects with multiple buildings.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of multifamily construction, strong subcontractor coordination, safety management, and proficiency with Procore. This onsite role offers stability with an established builder focused on growth in the Southeast.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of multifamily construction experience.
• Experience serving as Lead Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects.
• Recent experience with Type V wood-frame garden-style apartment communities.
• Experience managing phased construction schedules and turnover sequencing.
• Proven track record overseeing large multifamily developments with multiple buildings and significant unit counts.
• Strong subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, and safety management experience.
• Experience utilizing Procore and modern construction management technology.
• Ability to work onsite throughout the greater Chattanooga market.
