Leidos in greater Boston, MA is seeking a Lead Substation Project Engineer to join our Power Delivery team. You will lead substation design efforts, coordinate with engineers, designers, and clients, and ensure on-time delivery of projects from scoping through final design.
Required: a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and 8+ years of substation design experience; strong communication and leadership skills; proficiency with CAD tools and protection & control design concepts;

Successful candidates must comply with quality control and safe work practices and maintain compliance with project scope, schedule, and budget. This position will be a member of a design team comprised of engineers, designers, and CAD technicians and will work with client standards to implement design.
