Qualifications

  • 0+ years of relevant experience in civil or structural engineering.
  • Experience reviewing substation structure design and foundation design.
  • PE licensure preferred for candidates with more than 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop design reviews for civil/structural components to support project packages.
  • Act as a senior engineer mentoring junior staff and overseeing project quality control.
  • Conduct site visits to assess field conditions for designs.

Skills

Strong analytical and technical writing skills
Experience working on infrastructure projects for electric utilities
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MicroStation
Willingness to travel, up to 10%
Experienced with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint

Education

Bachelor of Science (BS) or Master of Science (MS) in Civil or Structural Engineering
