Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of related experience.
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive all aspects of major subcontract execution including cost, schedule, technical and quality.
• Review SOWs, define work scope, and ensure clarity in requirements.
• Lead negotiations, pricing, schedules, and terms with suppliers and customers.
• Maintain compliant subcontract files and manage supplier performance.
• Support audits, compliance with FAR/DFAR, and contract flow downs.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Program Management, Finance and Engineering.
