Drybar Shops in Salt Lake City is seeking an Assistant Manager/ Lead Stylist to lead the salon floor, perform signature blowouts, and support the team with leadership.

This role requires a current cosmetology license, strong guest service, and Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday availability, with base pay of $15.00/hour plus gratuity and commissions.

You'll mentor stylists, assist with opening and closing, ensure a smooth guest experience, and grow into additional leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current cosmetology or hairstyling license.
• Strong blowout and finishing skills.
• Excellent guest service and communication.
• Leadership mindset and a team-first attitude.
• Availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and Tuesdays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the salon floor and maintain high guest service standards.
• Support and motivate stylists during each shift.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming salon environment.
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Help keep the team on schedule and ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Support front desk and salon operations as needed.
• Answer stylist questions and provide guidance during shifts.
• Communicate important updates to management.
• Maintain Drybar service, styling, and operational standards.
• Resolve guest or team concerns professionally.
• Build strong relationships with guests and enhance the Drybar experience.
