Job summary

Drybar Prosper is seeking an experienced Lead Hair Stylist who can step into a supervisory role and help the team flourish. The position blends hands-on styling with people leadership, coaching, and operational duties to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll train team members, support scheduling, drive sales, and maintain Drybar’s service standards in a fast-paced, friendly salon environment. If you’re passionate about blowouts and mentoring others, we want to meet you.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology license valid for the state where you are applying.
• Excellent hair styling and finishing skills.
• Passion for blowouts, beauty, and delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and encourage others.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager / Shop Educator with day-to-day shop operations.
• Lead by example and create an upbeat, welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in through checkout.
• Support team through coaching, motivation, and performance development.
• Help drive sales, rebooking, memberships, retail, and shop goals.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, opening and closing procedures, and daily operations.
• Maintain Drybar’s standards for cleanliness, presentation, service, and hospitality.
• Handle guest questions or concerns professionally and find solutions that create loyal guests.
• Build a strong team culture centered around teamwork, accountability, and positivity.
• Step into a leadership role when Manager is unavailable.
• Serve as a positive resource and role model for the stylist team.
