Responsibilities

• Embrace Levi Strauss & Co.’s history and demonstrate product knowledge, suggesting looks based on consumer needs and promotions.
• Promote Levi’s omni-channel experience by engaging customers with Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns, partnering with store management on elevated issues.
• Assist store management in training and coaching of staff to model LS&CO selling practices and customer service.
• Handle cash and merchandise ops, including shipments, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishments, per store policy.
• Consistently meet or exceed store and individual sales targets and goals.
• Adopt and advocate for new technologies that enhance the customer experience and store performance.
• Follow all Levi’s Stores policies and directives.
