Formación

• Fashion-savvy with knowledge of current trends.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

• Demonstrate product knowledge and suggest looks based on customer needs.
• Promote omni-channel experience and engage customers with Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with store management on elevated customer issues and coaching.
