Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a part-time Key Holder to deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example on the shop floor.

You will support sales growth, coach team members, manage store operations, and ensure a welcoming, engaging shopping experience for every guest. Responsibilities include modeling selling behaviors, guiding staff, coordinating product flow to the floor, and upholding Levi's brand standards while meeting store goals.

Qualifications

• Complies with all Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs, while able to follow directives of store management.
• Consistently meets or exceeds established store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Can handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constantly moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Be a coach: Help train the team and model selling behaviors.
• Operational Excellence: Support with getting products to the floor, store operations and visual merchandising.
