Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Gretna, NE is seeking a Lead Stylist to elevate the customer experience across sales, merchandising and store operations. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will coach teammates, drive sales, and help ensure a welcoming, efficient shopping environment while upholding brand standards and policies.

You will contribute to a dynamic team, with opportunities for leadership growth and involvement in key store initiatives that reflect Levi's values and heritage.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and move around the store.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Growing Sales: Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities.
• Be a coach: Help train the team and model selling behaviors.
• Operational Excellence: Support with getting products to the floor, store operations and visual merchandising.
• Customer Focus: Help lead a positive and engaging shopping experience for everyone while driving key initiatives.
