The Jackson Laboratory in Bar Harbor, Maine is seeking a Senior Study Director for the Rare Disease Translational Center. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to drive complex preclinical studies, ensuring GLP/ICH compliance and high-quality data delivery for rare disease models and therapies.

You will provide strategic direction, oversee study design and execution, mentor staff, and liaise with clients to meet project objectives and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in scientific research and leadership roles within pharma/biotech/CRO.
• Proven track record in managing complex research projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of GLP, ICH, and regulatory interactions.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic plans for execution of scientific studies, including design and resource allocation.
• Lead and oversee all aspects of studies, ensuring timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance across study lifecycles: protocols, data analysis, and result interpretation.
