Job summary

Regis University in Denver is seeking a Lead Student Ambassador to support campus visits, events, and student panels within the Office of Admissions. You will lead tours, assist with event prep, and present to prospective students and families.

Applicants must be enrolled full-time with good academic standing, available 5–8 hours per week plus evenings and weekends, and have prior ambassador experience preferred. Strong customer service and leadership are essential.

• Moderate to extensive experience with customer service and interactions
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations and group sizes
• Ability to answer questions accurately and informatively in a friendly, patient manner
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and professional conduct
• Must be enrolled full-time and in good academic standing

Responsibilities

• Provide campus tours during campus visits and assist in admissions events
• Assist with event preparation, duties during the day of events and student panels
• Lead and train the student ambassador team during daily shifts and events
• Support Visit Experience and Events Team with marketing and office tasks
• Maintain confidentiality when handling student records and information
• Participate in training to stay current with updates and skills
