Job summary

Regis College in Weston is offering a Graduate Internship in Undergraduate Admission. This 12-month position supports developmental and professional learning while pursuing a graduate degree.

The intern will manage on-campus recruitment, assist with the Pride Guide program and conduct information sessions. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate excellent communication skills, with a $5,000 stipend and tuition remission for eligible graduate courses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, as well as admission to one of Regis College's graduate programs.
• Ability to uphold inclusivity in a diverse educational community.
• Occasional evening and weekend work required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the UG Admission Office, attending weekly staff meetings.
• Conduct on‑campus information sessions and give tours when needed.
• Assist with the management and mentorship of the Pride Guide program.
