Job Description: Lead STS Financial Analyst

RGNext is seeking a Lead STS Financial Analyst to support all aspects of STS budget execution at the Reagan Test Site in Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands. The role involves providing direction, tracking progress, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with RETS PWS requirements.

Essential Functions

• Manage all aspects of STS budget execution, including building budgets, tracking actuals, reviewing Cost Reports, and creating EACs.
• Support the Reagan Test Site Engineering and Technical Services contract with the U.S. Army.
• Coordinate with Department Managers and Project Operations Group to ensure successful project completion.
• Develop and refine processes, establish priorities, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Analyze labor, material, and other costs related to the contract scope.
• Assist in developing Basis of Estimates, tracking progress, and validating actuals.
• Interface with management across the program and perform detailed budget analysis.
• Support training of other finance staff on FAR requirements and budgeting processes.
• Provide routine and ad hoc reports on budget execution to Department Managers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Experience

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

• Relocate to Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands.
• Obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Active DoD Secret or TS/SCI clearance preferred.
• Obtain and maintain a U.S. passport.
• Availability for occasional non-duty hours or weekend work.
