Job summary

The role requires balancing customer communication, fabrication coordination, scheduling, financial oversight, subcontractor management, and operational execution across multiple active projects in Texas.

Qualifications

• Lead multiple structural steel projects from initiation to closeout.
• Review drawings and specs to ensure scope is met.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.
• Demonstrate strong client communication and problem-solving.
• Balance fabrication, field operations, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fabrication activities and vendor/subcontractor teams.
• Drive schedules, timelines, and financial performance.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and documentation.
• Lead change orders and monitor progress across production, safety, quality, and budget.
• Support manpower planning and operational alignment.
